What's in the Plan?
A thoughtfully designed workspace for 40 people, optimised for collaboration and productivity.
- Open Work Zone. Back-to-back pod workstations arranged in rows across the main floor. Planter dividers and acoustic screens provide privacy without closing off the space. Desks are shown with chairs, monitor arms, and cable management.
- Private Offices (3 people). Three enclosed offices along the top-left wall and at the middle bottom — ideal for senior staff, HR, or finance teams who need acoustic separation and a dedicated workspace for focused or confidential work.
- Large Boardroom and Training Room. A full-size enclosed boardroom with a large meeting table, credenza storage and a TV monitor. Designed for client presentations, board meetings, and confidential discussions. The training room is designed to accommodate staff training, workshops, presentations, and collaborative learning sessions. Modular furniture allows the room to be easily adapted to different group sizes and activities.
- Central Collaboration Table, Relaxation Area & Focus Pod. An informal meeting table and soft-seating lounge at the heart of the floor — ideal for team huddles, project discussions, or a breakout from the desk. Includes a focus pod for heads-down work.
- Reception & Waiting Area. A welcoming front-of-house zone with a reception counter, visitor seating, and clear entry flow — making a strong first impression for clients and guests.
- Lunchroom & Breakout Area. A fully fitted staff lunchroom with a kitchenette, dining tables, and bar-height seating. Adjacent breakout space with casual square tables for informal catch-ups away from the desk.
- Storage, Lockers & Partitions. Dedicated storage zones along the perimeter with tall and low cabinets, staff lockers, and integrated partitions throughout the space to define areas without building fixed walls.

How Do I Manage Cables Neatly
How Do I Manage Cables Neatly
We recommend the Prodigy cable basket as a great first step to get power boards and leads off the floor. For added peace of mind and convenience then it would pay to add softwiring that includes power and USB charging.
How Do I Plan For Future Growth?
How Do I Plan For Future Growth?
- Ensure that everything can be removed if you decide to move. Try and avoid built in furniture or permanent walls.
- Choose a neurtal colour. White top and black or white frame are popular for a reason as they work with most colour schemes. The best way to add pops of colour is with partitions.
- Think about desk size. You might be able to fit 1800 wide desk now, but if you move to a bigger space you may need to fit more in so 1500 could work better. Some desks including the Balance Desk Range have telescopic frames which means that they can be any width from 1200 to 1800mm.
