What is the ideal desk depth and Height?

However, for optimal comfort, the Australian/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS 4442:2018) recommends a minimum depth of 600mm. Regarding height, a general guideline is 710-770mm. Our standard desks are between 720mm -750mm high, providing a comfortable working height for most users.
