Ergonomic Chairs

With so many different body types it is hard to find an option that suits everyone. Which is why it is important to consider an ergonomic chair.  

A basic task chair will generally include an up and down adjustment as well as a back tilt option. Ergonomic chairs have an added seat tilt and in some cases seat slide to allow for different leg lengths. 

Adjustable arms can reduce neck and shoulder pain by allowing the elbows to take the weight from those areas.

Other options to consider are Knee Chairs and Saddle Seats which remove back support, encouraging your postural muscles to better align your back.
